Orders & delivery
Everything below reflects how GP Jewellerz works today. If anything isn't covered here, ask us directly before you order.
Made to order
Every piece is handmade to order. Grillz are produced from your own dental impression, taken at home with the free mould kit we send you. Custom jewellery is made from an agreed design confirmed on your consultation.
Pricing and quotes
Most pieces are priced on application (POA) because the cost depends on metal, stones and coverage. Your free consultation ends with a bespoke quote. Nothing is charged until you confirm that quote.
Production time
From the date your mould is received — or your custom order is confirmed — production takes 14–21 working days, because everything is handmade to the highest quality.
Your mould kit
The kit is free with every grillz order and includes enough material for two impression attempts plus a prepaid return envelope. If you need extra material for any reason, it is available to purchase from the store.
What arrives
Your finished piece, a jewellery polishing cloth, and a branded jewellery box.
Returns and problems
Because pieces are custom made to your own impression and specification, they are personalised goods. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as it arrives on 07301 021518 or gpjewellerz@gmail.com and we'll put it right.
Your details
We only use the details you send — name, contact details and delivery address — to quote, make and deliver your order. We don't collect card details on this website; payment is arranged directly once your quote is agreed.
