Before you order

How long will my order take?: From date of receiving your mould back for grillz, or custom order confirmation for jewellery, it will take 14–21 working days to complete due to everything being handmade to the highest quality.
What if I make a mistake with my mould?: Your mould kit includes enough material for two impression attempts. If extra is needed for any reason they will be available to purchase from the store.
What's included with my order?: Every order includes a free mould kit with two impression attempts, a prepaid return envelope, a jewellery polishing cloth, and your custom-made Grillz in a branded jewellery box.
